During my signup of contracted services for the 2nd time this recent stint that has set a course of failure, during the contract signing of my service agreement, it was during the privacy statement signing that I said:

"This is the exact place where the violations of privacy was breached."

My mother witnessed this intake session.  In that statement you related to me that you would have to report such activities per your legal requirements.  In session, you backed out of that statement because you do not have personal knowledge of these facts. Well, here we go, this is a Glassdoor recent negative outlook review for Colorado Health Network from a employee's perspective having 5 years or more working experience there.  This places this accusation front line center.  I beg your understanding that on Glassdoor there was a federal grand jury case were the argument was put to the court if Glassdoor reviewers identities could be sought for reviews.  The status of that case reflects that Glassdoor reviews has evidential weight that can proceed with an investigation.

Pros

This unfortunately is a area that there is nothing to promote as there are no Pros to this job.

Cons

EEOC violations, confidentiality compromises of the people they are suppossed to protect, pay is below average and benefits are horrible. The CEO is below the bottom of the swamp in regards to leadership.

I would like you to proceed as you said you would and report this activity to the proper authorities.  Your defense posturing that allows the haters to win is noted for the record that you too at Foothill Aids Project are following the same memeplex business model structured in the agency interpersonal relations with clients that violate privacy rules and I will be filing this in my complaint against Foothill Aids Project by the preponderance of the evidence that is found on Glassdoor against the original set of Ryan white Social Service Agencies that were established since the creation of the Ryan White Care Act in the 1990s.  I do not make this accusation lightly.  Reference Research Directory.

When I am done, I will be filing a complaint with the District Attorney's Office of San Bernardino County.  It is only a matter of time where the Glassdoor Reviews for Foothill Aids Project reflects the courage of employees to step forward and accurately profile the business operations model that is working under the roof of your agency.

You can beg my forgiveness and back track and turn a complete 180-degrees around and actually do the right thing here and save the industry a huge embarrassment by reconciliation of these matters by bringing forward the truth so that we can fix it.  But you will fail this opportunity, won't you?.  You deserve your fate in this then and I would not forbade my resolve of this matter. Shape up or ship out to jail if that is the destiny in this.  The turn around starts with the privacy violations report to the proper authorities  I am giving you every single opportunity to turn around, but you will fail.  Your faults not mine..There are many being hurt by this memeplex business model hate paradigm, I just being one.  When will justice overrule your acting attitudes of being untouchables?

I will be making note of this email to be saved in each one of your storage folders to the
Federal Bureau of Investigation.  That will be established to be followed on a reply
to their social media posts on LinkedIn.  For what will be said in public is a precursor to what will be filed directly in a report to their criminal divisions, just like I have in the past.

  • I visited the office of the FBI Oakland office on June 21st 2006.
  • I have filed several reports of cyber-activity over the course of these many years to the successful succession of cyber-related phishing scams. 
  • Last year around same period of time, while I was receiving services from Doctor Berger of the County of San Bernardino, I filed another report to the FBI in relations to the erosion of #SocialTrust leads to Murder and Mass Shootings.  
  • Also mentioned was the Las Vegas Shootings.  
  • I placed an emphasis on a certain phrase so that they would place a more priority in receipt and processing of these reports.  
  • Now, this allowed me to actually speak with two agent gentleman who came to my business/residence address here in San Bernardino and we had a little chat.  What i told them was the violations of Colorado Health Network should be investigated to the 11-month hate and harassment campaign that was targeted against me in Denver.

Now we have a failure to response of responsibility on the part of Foothill Aids Project, following the same memeplex design business model that Colorado Health Network is reflecting on negative outlook employee reports on Glassdoor.

Who will the jury believe?  I would guess the evidence is mounting up against you.
